By registering on bdt6, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party without their explicit knowledge and consent, and that you are not a professional gambler using bdt6 in a manner that constitutes a commercial operation for the purpose of exploiting bdt6's bonus programs or pricing anomalies.

When registering a bdt6 account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and any other information requested by bdt6 as part of the registration process or subsequent KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one bdt6 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — regardless of the reason — is strictly prohibited. If bdt6 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all accounts may be suspended, any active bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from the use of multiple accounts may be voided at bdt6's sole discretion. Players who believe their account has been duplicated in error should contact bdt6 support immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bdt6 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. bdt6 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify bdt6 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. All activity conducted through your bdt6 account, whether authorised by you or not, remains your responsibility until you have notified bdt6 of the breach.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. bdt6 does not accept deposits made using payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits are credited to your bdt6 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. bdt6 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing time. Minimum deposit amounts apply per transaction as specified in the cashier section of your bdt6 account.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. bdt6 targets withdrawal processing times of 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad, though actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the player's account verification status. A completed KYC verification is required for all withdrawal requests above the minimum KYC threshold. bdt6 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

bdt6 is committed to combating money laundering and financial crime. All transaction activity on bdt6 is subject to monitoring for suspicious activity. bdt6 may request source-of-funds documentation from any player whose transaction patterns trigger internal review thresholds. Where bdt6 has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or financial crime, it reserves the right to suspend the account, hold funds, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Bonuses and promotional offers available on bdt6 are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer. General eligibility conditions include: holding a fully verified bdt6 account in good standing; having met any minimum deposit requirement specified for the promotion; not having previously claimed the same offer from a duplicate or linked account. bdt6 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any player at any time if there is evidence of abuse or if the player is found to be in breach of these Terms.

All bonuses credited to a bdt6 account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover requirements) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple and eligible game categories applicable to each bonus are stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account without notice.

bdt6 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once; using automated betting strategies or arbitrage betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms; collusion with other players for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements with minimal risk; and any other conduct that, in bdt6's reasonable assessment, constitutes an attempt to exploit the bonus program rather than use it as intended. bdt6 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt6 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms: (a) using any software, bot, algorithm or automated process to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players; (b) colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions; (c) using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits; (d) impersonating another person or entity; (e) attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt the bdt6 platform or its security features; (f) any other conduct that bdt6 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, to other players, or to the integrity of the games.

Where bdt6 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, bdt6 may take any or all of the following actions: immediately suspend or permanently close the player's account; void any bets or game results associated with the prohibited conduct; cancel any pending withdrawal requests; forfeit any account balance; and pursue legal remedies where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence or causes bdt6 financial loss. bdt6 will use its best efforts to notify the affected player of any action taken and the reasons for it, subject to legal restrictions.

bdt6 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions or defects. bdt6 shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by a player as a result of any interruption to the platform, technical errors, system downtime, or any other circumstances beyond bdt6's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet disruptions or force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bdt6 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the bdt6 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses, even if bdt6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bdt6's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Grounds for suspension or permanent closure include but are not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms; provision of false information during registration or KYC; suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or financial crime; chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player against bdt6; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; and a self-exclusion request by the player. Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to bdt6's investigation findings. Where an account is closed for other reasons, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
